Delivery
Orders ship within 3 business days after payment; delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Even when a separate delivery date is agreed, delivery will be completed within 42 calendar days of payment.
Standard shipping is 3,000 KRW, with an additional 0 KRW for Jeju and remote areas. Confirm the final shipping fee in your cart and at checkout.
Exchange/return
Change-of-mind requests may be submitted within 7 days of receipt. The customer pays 3,000 KRW for one-way return shipping, 6,000 KRW for round-trip return shipping, or 6,000 KRW for an exchange. The seller covers costs for defects, incorrect delivery, or contract mismatch.

Refunds & after-sales service
