Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Catcident (고양이의만행 주식회사; hereinafter the "Company") and users of the services operated by the Company.

Article 2. Services

The services include the Catcident website, public content pages, member features, store features, paid credits and payment flows, and connected services such as StoryGraph.

Article 3. Accounts and Use

Users must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must not interfere with the normal operation of the services or infringe the rights of the Company or third parties.

Article 4. Paid Services, Payments, and Credits

Paid services, credits, and store purchases are provided under the prices, payment methods, refund conditions, and usage limits displayed on each service screen. Credit usage and payment history may be checked within the service.

Article 5. Company Content and Intellectual Property

Characters, books, illustrations, text, images, service designs, trademarks, and other content provided by the Company are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use such content without prior permission.

Article 6. Suspension and Termination

The Company may restrict service use if a user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or operational policies. Users may stop using the services or request account deletion according to the procedures provided by the Company.

Article 7. Liability and Disputes

The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide stable services. Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and relevant service policies.
