A cat enthusiast obsessed with phantom thief characters. He carries a white rabbit in his hat for magic tricks. He even puts makeup around the rabbit's eyes to make it resemble him. Phantom Purr is Jeong's best friend, always ready with entertaining stories and magic shows.
